Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join our team. As a Healthcare Assistant, you will work closely with our clients, providing personal care and support to help them maintain their independence and dignity. Your role will involve assisting with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management, as well as providing emotional support and companionship.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, and medication management
  • Assist clients with daily living tasks, such as meal preparation and household chores
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
  • Work closely with our team of healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care and support
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of client care and support
Requirements:
  • Experience working in a healthcare setting, preferably in a care or support role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach to care and support
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
