Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve technical issues and escalate complex problems to senior team members
- Update incident management systems and provide customers with technical solutions within Service Level Agreements
- Proactively communicate with customers to keep them informed of incident or request status and progress
- Adhere to incident management procedures and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
- Fluent in Hungarian and English, with strong communication skills
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a technical support role
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- IT certification desirable but not essential
What We Offer:
- A competitive hourly rate of £15, increasing to £17.46 after 3 months
- A 3-month contract with potential extensions
- A flexible working schedule with a maximum of 2 weekends per month
