Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Service Advisor to join our award-winning team at Avery Healthcare. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a positive public image.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a welcoming reception area, ensuring it is always presented to a high standard.
- Support with show rounds, showcasing the home's facilities and services.
- Follow up on sales enquiries, managing them through to admissions.
- Assist the Home Administrator as required.
About You:
To succeed in this role, you will need effective interpersonal skills, a professional telephone manner, and computer literacy. Ideally, you will have previous experience in a customer service role, with a minimum of two years' experience.
