We are recruiting a Crisis Resolution Team Lead to join our Leeds and York Partnership NHS Foundation Trust team. The Crisis Resolution Intensive Support Service (CRISS) is a dynamic service offering 24/7 crisis assessments and home-based treatment for working-age adults across the city.

This exciting opportunity requires a skilled and experienced practitioner to lead our CRISS team. As a key member of the management structure, you will work closely with the Clinical Team Manager to develop and implement effective care pathways.

Main Responsibilities:
  • To lead the CRISS team in delivering high-quality care.
  • To develop and implement effective care pathways.
  • To manage and mentor team members.
  • To collaborate with inpatient and community services.
About the Role:

The CRISS service is focused on reducing admissions to hospital and facilitating early discharge through home-based treatment. We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced practitioner to join our team and contribute to this goal.

As a Band 6 practitioner, you will have the opportunity to work with a shared caseload of service users and as part of a multi-disciplinary team, providing same-day/urgent assessment, care planning, and care delivery.

Requirements:
  • Mental Health Nurse, Social Worker, or Occupational Therapist qualification.
  • Post-registration experience of working with adults of all ages with acute mental health problems.
  • Leadership and management experience.
  • Ability to consult, liaise, and negotiate with service users, carers/family members, other professionals, and the wider community.
  • Full driver's license and access to a car.
  • Able to undertake 24/7 shift patterns.
Salary:

£55,000 - £65,000 per annum
