Role Overview
NHS Resolution is seeking a skilled Claims Support Service Team Manager to join their team on a permanent contract basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of Claims Support Staff and ensuring uninterrupted excellent service delivery.

About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, contributing to the development of a single, integrated claims function within NHS Resolution. As a Claims Support Service Team Manager, you will possess a positive and resilient attitude, with the ability to act selflessly when responding flexibly to the needs of the service.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  • Managing a team of Claims Support Staff
  • Ensuring uninterrupted excellent service delivery
  • Developing and implementing robust systems of operational performance monitoring
  • Contributing to service improvement programmes

Requirements
To be considered for this role, applicants must have:
  • Current, direct experience in a staff management/supervisory role/team leader role
  • Experience in strategic planning and leading service improvement projects
  • Ability to challenge established ways of working in pursuit of improved efficiency and productivity
