About the Position

We are recruiting for a Community Crisis Resolution Practitioner to join our dynamic team at Leeds and York Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to work in a fast-paced environment, making a real difference in the lives of service users.

The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking crisis assessments and implementing home-based treatment interventions. As part of our Crisis Resolution Intensive Support Service, you will work closely with inpatient and community services, providing an excellent alternative to inpatient admission.

The estimated salary for this position is £38,052 - £44,688 per annum, depending on experience.

Responsibilities
  • Undertake crisis assessments and implement home-based treatment interventions
  • Work closely with inpatient and community services to provide an alternative to inpatient admission
  • Develop effective communication and negotiation skills to ensure high-quality care delivery
Qualifications and Experience
  • Mental Health Nurse, Social Worker, or Occupational Therapist qualification
  • Post-registration experience working with adults with acute mental health problems
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage complex situations
