Job Title: Claims Support Service Team Lead

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Claims Support Service Team Lead to join NHS Resolution on a permanent contract basis.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity to lead a team of Claims Support Staff and contribute to the continuous improvement of the service. The successful candidate will possess a positive and resilient attitude, with the ability to act selflessly when responding flexibly to the needs of the service.

The ideal candidate will have current, direct experience in a staff management/supervisory role/team leader role, experience in strategic planning and leading service improvement projects, and ability to challenge established ways of working in pursuit of improved efficiency and productivity.

You will be responsible for ensuring uninterrupted excellent service delivery, particularly in relation to the provision of administrative support functions. This includes developing and being responsible for robust systems of operational performance monitoring, and responding in a timely way to variations in quality performance, including the pursuit of the highest standards of data quality.

The salary for this role is approximately £38,150 per annum, which is competitive with other similar roles in the industry. Additionally, you will have access to a supportive environment with specialist training and opportunities for personal development.
