About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Mortgage Lead Specialist to join our team at haart. As a Mortgage Lead Specialist, you will be responsible for generating new business leads and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business leads through various channels and ensure timely follow-up with potential clients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with our mortgage advisors to ensure seamless communication and coordination with clients.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to clients.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in lead generation and customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business or related field preferred.
