Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Mortgage and Protection Specialist to join our team. As a Mortgage and Protection Specialist, you will be responsible for providing quality mortgage advice to clients in the Southeast of England.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide mortgage advice to clients and recommend suitable packages of solutions within a set sales process.
  • Achieve minimum Key Performance Indicators in all aspects of written and banked business.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements, adhering to the principle of Treating Customers Fairly.
  • Finalize cases and administer paperwork within set deadlines.
  • Liaise with clients to place and retain remortgage and purchase business.

Requirements:

  • CeMAP qualification (or industry-recognized equivalent).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and within tight deadlines.
  • Efficient and organized, with a target-driven approach.
  • Client-focused and highly compliant.
  • Good IT skills.
