About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mortgage Advisor to join our team at William H Brown Estate Agency in Colchester. As a Mortgage Advisor, you will play a crucial role in providing expert advice to our clients on a range of mortgage and protection products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships with our Estate Agency team through training and support
  • Participate in regular team meetings to discuss best practices and build relationships
  • Conduct 2-3 appointments per day to provide advice on mortgage products and services
  • Attract new customers and business while achieving professional goals in a result-driven environment
Requirements
  • Resilient, positive, and friendly attitude
  • Strong track record in generating new sales and following through to completions
  • Motivated to be successful
  • Always doing the right thing by the customer
  • Able to work under pressure and build strong alliances
  • CeMap qualified or equivalent, or willing to train towards holding the qualification
  • Full UK driving license
