Exciting Opportunity for a Mortgage and Protection Specialist

About the Role

Spicerhaart is seeking an experienced Mortgage and Protection Specialist to join our team in Colchester. As a key member of our financial services team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to clients on mortgage and protection products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to provide tailored financial solutions
  • Follow up on leads and generate new business through proactive sales and marketing efforts
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client servicing and efficient processing of mortgage and protection applications
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the client journey, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements:

  • CeMAP qualification or equivalent
  • Prior experience in mortgage and protection advising, with a strong understanding of financial services products and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks

What We Offer:

  • Competitive OTE of £40,000 to £60,000+

Working Hours:

  • Full-time, office-based role
  • Monday to Friday 08:30 - 18:00
