About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Mortgage and Protection Adviser to join our team at Just Mortgages. As a key member of our financial services team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice to clients on mortgage and protection products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing expert advice on mortgage and protection products to clients
  • Conducting thorough needs analysis to identify clients' financial goals and objectives
  • Developing and implementing personalized financial plans to meet clients' needs
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term loyalty and growth

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £22,000 - £28,000 per year, dependent on experience
  • A fully uncapped commission scheme, providing opportunities for significant earnings potential
  • A comprehensive training program to ensure you have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in this role
  • A dynamic and supportive work environment, with opportunities for career growth and development

Requirements:

  • Hold a CeMAP qualification or equivalent
  • Have a strong understanding of mortgage and protection products, as well as the ability to communicate complex information to clients
  • Be able to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team to achieve business objectives
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
