About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Lead Generator to join our team at Just Mortgages. As a Lead Generator, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and building relationships with clients to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make contact with all leads provided to arrange appointments with mortgage and protection advisors.
  • Ensure all appointments are confirmed using the pre-confirmation process.
  • Maximise opportunities for mortgage appointments from provided leads.
  • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with advisers and management teams.
  • Work with the Client Services Team to develop new projects and relationships.
  • Stay up-to-date with mortgage knowledge and best practices.
  • Regularly use the 1-31 system to maintain customer contact.
  • Focus on achieving mutually agreed business targets.

  • Demonstrable track record of success in customer service.
  • Reputation for delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Enthusiasm to learn and develop knowledge and skills in the Financial Services industry.
  • Passion for Just Mortgages, our values, and processes.
  • Hunger to earn and drive results.

Eligibility

  • Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK.
  • Proof of right to work in the UK, including passport, birth certificate, proof of address, and National Insurance number.
