About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mortgage Advisor to join our team at William H Brown Estate Agency in Colchester. As a Mortgage Advisor, you will play a crucial role in providing expert advice to our customers on a range of mortgage and protection products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Building strong relationships with our Estate Agency team through training and support
  • Conducting regular team meetings to discuss best practice and build relationships
  • Conducting 2-3 appointments per day to provide advice on mortgage products and services
  • Attracting new customers and business while achieving professional goals in a result-driven environment
Requirements
  • Resilient and positive attitude with a strong track record in generating new sales and following through to completions
  • Motivated to be successful and always doing the right thing by the customer
  • Able to work under pressure and build strong alliances
  • CeMap qualified or equivalent, or willing to train towards holding the qualification
  • Full UK driving license
