About the Role:

Swarm Recruitment LTD is seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as a Mortgage Administrator/Trainee Mortgage Adviser. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our mortgage advisers and clients, ensuring seamless application progress and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client documentation, applications, and compliance processes
  • Liaise with lenders, solicitors, and clients to ensure smooth application progress
  • Handle client inquiries and assist with general administrative tasks
  • Provide administrative support to mortgage advisers and clients

Requirements:

  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • A strong desire to develop a career in the mortgage industry
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
  • No prior experience in mortgages necessary; however, a background in administration or financial services is a plus
  • Motivated and eager to learn with a long-term vision for progression

What We Offer:

  • Basic Salary £16,546 - £23,712
  • On-going training
  • Qualification covered and progression opportunities into a mortgage adviser
  • 28 days holiday + Christmas off

Working Hours:

  • Monday - Friday 8:30 - 5:30 (No Weekends)
  • Full-time or Part-time
  • Flexible working location including days from home
