About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Trainee Mortgage Adviser. As a key member of our Mortgage Services team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

As a Trainee Mortgage Adviser, you will be responsible for making and receiving calls to customers, accurately recording their details, and researching lenders' affordability and criteria. You will also be required to partially complete a fact find and arrange appointments with our specialist Mortgage Advisers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
  • Make and receive calls to customers, accurately recording their details

Requirements
  • A strong desire to work within the Financial Services Industry, particularly within mortgages and protection
  • Highly competent user of IT and a competent Microsoft Office user, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • A full driving license and use of your own vehicle to commute to our offices as required
