About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Mortgage Lead Specialist to join our team at haart. As a Mortgage Lead Specialist, you will be responsible for generating leads and converting them into mortgage appointments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make contact with all leads provided with a view to arranging an appointment with a mortgage and protection advisor.
  • Ensure all appointments are confirmed with the customer and mortgage advisor using the pre-confirmation process.
  • Maximise all opportunities for mortgage appointments from the leads provided.
  • Develop and maintain excellent adviser and management team relationships.
  • Work as part of the Client Services Team to assist the Operations Manager in the development of new projects and working relationships.
  • Develop and maintain a good level of mortgage knowledge.
  • Regular use of the 1-31 system to keep in regular contact with customers at all times.
  • Focus efforts and actions on achieving mutually agreed business targets.
