About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Lead Generator to join our team at haart. As a Lead Generator, you will play a critical role in generating new business opportunities for our mortgage advisors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make contact with all leads provided with a view to arranging an appointment with a mortgage advisor.
  • Ensure all appointments are confirmed with the customer and mortgage advisor using a pre-confirmation process.
  • Maximise all opportunities for mortgage appointments from the leads provided.
  • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with our mortgage advisors and management team.
  • Work collaboratively with the Client Services Team to assist in the development of new projects and relationships.
  • Stay up-to-date with mortgage knowledge and best practices.
  • Utilise our CRM system to maintain regular contact with customers.
  • Focus efforts on achieving mutually agreed business targets.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK.
  • Evidence of right to work in the UK, in the form of a passport or birth certificate.
  • Proof of address and National Insurance number.
