We are excited to offer a unique opportunity for a skilled Mortgage Advisor to join our team at GCB Recruitment. As a Mortgage Advisor, you will have the chance to work with a leading mortgage provider, enjoying the flexibility of working from home with adaptable hours.

With a guaranteed minimum salary of up to £50,000 for the first 12 months, you will have the potential to increase your earnings year after year. As you advance in your career and consistently achieve excellent customer outcomes while meeting your KPIs, you will have the chance to be promoted to Senior Mortgage Advisor and beyond.

Key Benefits:

  • £25,000 - £35,000 basic salary
  • Up to £50,000 minimum salary guarantee for the first 12 months
  • OTE £55,000 - £100,000+
  • Annual salary review
  • NO cold calling or self-generation
  • Unlimited leads with 5 pre-qualified appointments each week
  • Full admin and case progression support
  • IT equipment, stationery, and full IT support provided

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 18 months experience with CAS status and a proven track record in writing business
  • Full CeMAP mortgage qualification or equivalent
  • Prior experience dealing with New Homes mortgages is desirable but not essential
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Knowledge and understanding of current compliance regulations
  • Highly competent using Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Full driving licence and use of own car
  • Smart and well-presented at all times

Responsibilities:

  • Arranging mortgage and mortgage-related insurance products
  • Ensuring all appointments are followed up and managed in a timely manner
  • Undertaking face-to-face and telephone fact-finds as required
  • Ensuring current regulation guidelines are adhered to
  • Providing the highest level of mortgage advice and customer service to clients
