About the Job
- Assist our team in delivering excellent customer service by responding to emails, texts, and phone calls.
- Manage our social media presence by posting updates and engaging with our customers.
- Support our customers with product information and website navigation.
Job Requirements
- Collaborate with our Senior Office Administrator to streamline processes and increase efficiency.
- Develop your computer skills to learn new software and systems quickly.
- Familiarity with social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
