About the Job

  • Assist our team in delivering excellent customer service by responding to emails, texts, and phone calls.
  • Manage our social media presence by posting updates and engaging with our customers.
  • Support our customers with product information and website navigation.

Job Requirements

  • Collaborate with our Senior Office Administrator to streamline processes and increase efficiency.
  • Develop your computer skills to learn new software and systems quickly.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
