Job Overview

This exciting opportunity has arisen for an Investment Administration Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Service Service Employment Agency Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, project managing, and overseeing the transfer of assets for clients from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage daily requests for security transfers, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  2. Effectively manage and resolve failed transfers, cash, and stock breaks.
  3. Provide seamless administration of the transfers being processed.
  4. Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure compliance with established procedures and regulations.
  5. Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by your Line Manager.
Skills & Qualifications
  1. Demonstrated knowledge and experience in transfers-related functions for local and global securities in a private banking environment.
  2. Familiarity with Altus is advantageous.
  3. Meticulous attention to detail is essential.
  4. Service-oriented individuals with prior experience in customer-facing roles are preferred.
  5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required to interact effectively with various stakeholders.
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential.
Compensation Package
  1. A competitive salary of £50,000 - £60,000 per annum.
  2. 22 days holiday (post-probation) plus bank holidays.
