Exertis is seeking an experienced Sales Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Print sales teams, including managing orders, processing tasks, and communicating with customers.

About the Job
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills, allowing them to effectively manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • They will also be responsible for generating and distributing daily sales reports, maintaining the call statistics tracker, and sharing detailed call performance data with account managers.
  • This role requires strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to serve as the main point of contact for bid requests, secure pricing from vendors, process warranty forms, and liaise with product managers and relevant teams.
  • The successful candidate will also coordinate returns processes with customer service, follow proper protocols, and monitor freight adjustments to recover overcharges, ensuring efficient handling and financial accuracy.

We offer a salary of £42,500 per annum, based on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package including 25 days holiday, a day off for your birthday, and generous family-friendly policies.
