The successful candidate will have a proven track record of providing administrative support in a financial services environment, with excellent communication and organizational skills.

About the Role
  • Liaise with advisers and colleagues to ensure smooth business processes.
  • Communicate effectively with insurance companies and investment firms to obtain necessary information.
  • Prepare investment reports and review packs for existing clients.
  • Assist in preparing new business packs for prospective clients.
  • Utilize back office systems to maintain accurate records and obtain client information.
  • Support advisers in ensuring efficient and accurate business processing.
  • Maintain compliance with FCA regulations and internal procedures.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Microsoft Office and Excel, as well as mathematics and English qualifications (grade C and above).

A competitive salary of £25,000-£30,000 per annum is on offer, along with benefits including 25 days holiday, free parking, and home working opportunities.
