Job Summary:

An ambitious finance professional is sought by a dynamic scale-up in Norwich. As the first member of the finance team, you will design and implement financial processes, driving strategic decision-making and supporting the Managing Director.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver high-quality financial reporting to stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain accurate financial models, including budgets and forecasts
  • Ensure timely completion of technical finance tasks, such as year-end closing and tax compliance
  • Foster a deep understanding of revenue recognition
  • Manage payroll administration
  • Respond to ad-hoc financial inquiries from senior management

Candidate Profile:

A Chartered Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with a passion for finance and leadership is preferred. Strong Excel skills and familiarity with cloud accounting software are valuable assets.
