At HM Treasury, we are seeking an exceptional Financial Leadership Expert to join our team. As a key member of the Corporate Centre Leadership team, you will be responsible for managing the group and playing an active role in the delivery of the cross-government finance functional agenda within the Treasury group.

This is a unique opportunity to work at the heart of government, in a fast-paced and exciting organisation, where you will have the chance to build, develop and motivate a high-quality team of specialist and generalist staff to provide expert advice and support to Treasury teams, Ministers and departments.

The estimated salary for this role is around £90,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a range of benefits, including 25 days' annual leave (rising to 30 after 5 years), flexible working patterns, a Civil Service Pension and generous parental leave packages.

As a Treasurer and Strategic Advisor, you will be responsible for robust planning and management of the department's finances, directly advising the Executive Board to help the department maximise its resources and best deliver on its responsibilities.
