Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Quality Expert to join our team at Service Service Employment Agency Limited.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to work with a successful Norfolk-based organisation offering professional training in the Financial Services Sector, apprenticeships, and leadership training.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of the Ofsted Education Inspection framework, training, coaching, and/or mentoring skills, and an Internal Quality Assurer qualification (D34, V1, IQA Award).

Key Responsibilities

As a Data Quality Expert, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting learners by setting, assessing, and marking work with assigned industry specialist tutors in Insurance, Financial Services, or Commercial teams.
  • Raising concerns immediately to the designated safeguarding officer.
  • Maintaining records in line with company policies and procedures, and according to Apprenticeship funding rules.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of the Financial Services Sector and its regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
