About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Part Time Financial Administrator to join our team at Atkinson Moss. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bookkeeping and finance management, with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

This part-time position is perfect for someone looking for a flexible work arrangement, with the opportunity to work 3-4 days per week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and manage the company's cash flow, ensuring timely payments and reconciliations.
  • Prepare monthly accruals and prepayments, as well as year-end reports.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to the Managing Director as required.
  • Manage payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a Sage and Sage Payroll environment.
  • Strong team working skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
