Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Work Scheduling Coordinator to join our team at Liberty. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of our work programs.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in call handling and scheduling, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will be responsible for prioritizing and scheduling backfill and reinstatement tasks, rescheduling jobs that fall out of program, managing contract requirements, handling calls, and validating each job to ensure required information is available.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Good level of education
  • Previous call handling/scheduling experience
  • Ability to operate a computerized database system
  • Good knowledge of office working systems
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary

The estimated salary for this role is approximately £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
