Job Overview:

This Maintenance Scheduling Specialist position is an excellent opportunity to join a leading renewable energy company and contribute to the success of our operations team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for coordinating maintenance schedules and ensuring timely completion.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Monitoring and maintaining O&M contracts to ensure high-quality documentation and timely completion
  • Supporting technicians with logistical needs, including skip/plant hire and waste disposal
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports, including waste transfer notes
  • Providing administrative support for field technicians, including travel arrangements and accommodation bookings
  • Analysing maintenance data to identify trends and areas for improvement

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate maintenance schedules and ensure timely completion
  • Support technicians with logistical needs, including skip/plant hire and waste disposal
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including waste transfer notes

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in CMMS and quality management tools
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Estimated Salary: £48,000 - £58,000 per annum
