Job Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and engaging Work Coordinator to join our team, based in Exeter. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity, working 40 hours per week, with a competitive salary of £24,960 per annum plus excellent benefits.

The role will prioritize and schedule backfill and reinstatement tasks, manage contract requirements for various jobs, handle calls and schedule a range of works, validate each job to ensure required information is available, and maintain regulatory information.

This position requires a good level of education, previous call handling/scheduling experience, ability to operate a computerized database system, good knowledge of office working systems, excellent communication skills, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.

A key aspect of the job is providing an efficient and flexible response to operational issues, maintaining service delivery and program works in line with contract requirements and engineer capabilities.

As a Work Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing customer and client relationships, ensuring that all necessary information is up-to-date and logged in real-time on the internal system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prioritize and schedule backfill and reinstatement tasks
  • Reschedule jobs that fall out of program
  • Manage contract requirements for various jobs
  • Handle calls and schedule a range of works
  • Validate each job to ensure required information is available
  • Manage customer and client relationships
  • Ensure regulatory information is updated and logged in real time with status updates on the internal system

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £24,960 per annum, considering the location and industry standards.
