Job Description

This fixed-term contract for 12 months requires a highly motivated individual to coordinate temporary staffing requirements for Medical, Dental, and AHPs via agencies and internal bank staff. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive support to Care Groups across the Trust, ensuring effective and efficient delivery of services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate temporary staffing needs for Medical, Dental, and AHPs
  • Provide high-quality responsive service to all Care Groups
  • Act as a point of contact for Departments in procuring temporary staff
About You

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Temporary Staffing Coordinator who can work independently and as part of a team. You will be proficient in coordinating multiple tasks, managing priorities, and maintaining accurate records.

Salary and Benefits
