We are seeking an Environmental Technical Officer to join our team in Exeter, with a competitive salary of £20,000 per annum.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To screen and coordinate responses to planning applications
  • Assist with air quality matters and oversee atmospheric pollution monitoring stations
  • Inspect and monitor premises in accordance with environmental permitting regulations
  • Manage complex audits, regulatory returns, reports, and complaints

About the Role:

The successful candidate will lead and coordinate Environmental Health and Community Safety responses to planning applications, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work independently as well as part of a team.

This is a full-time position on a temporary basis, with opportunities for professional development and growth within the company.
