About the Role

As a Care Coordinator Specialist at Sagecare Group, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth onboarding of new clients. Your primary responsibility will be to assess the branch's capacity to safely onboard new clients in line with our Local Authority contracts. This involves matching the right carers to client needs while maintaining high standards of care.
