We are seeking a skilled Senior Maintenance Coordinator to join our team at Guinness Property. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient delivery of maintenance repairs and services to our customers.

Job Description
As a Senior Maintenance Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the scheduling of maintenance repairs, working closely with our regional operational teams to support the achievement of operational KPIs. You will also maintain our scheduling system, providing timely and accurate information to internal and external customers, and liaising with customer service colleagues to resolve any issues that may arise. In addition, you will work closely with our commercial team to ensure continued value for money and compliance with commercial procedures.

Essential Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need experience of scheduling work, working in a customer-focused environment, and meeting agreed performance targets. Excellent oral and written communication skills are also essential, as is the ability to work methodically, follow procedures accurately, and record data and information effectively. Experience of working with databases and under pressure would also be beneficial.

What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary of £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including a comprehensive pension scheme, life assurance, and annual leave entitlement.
