Regional Business Development Representative

We are seeking a talented Trainee Sales Executive to join our team in the North West region for a 12-month fixed-term contract. As a key member of our sales team, you will provide support and cover for our Sales Executives across all North West sites, gaining valuable experience and skills while working on-site.
As part of this trainee role, you will be required to successfully complete our well-developed Sales Excellence Training Programme, which includes learning how to meet and greet customers, demonstrate our product, and progress reservations through to completion, while providing exceptional customer service.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills, with a passion for sales and a willingness to learn and develop their skills. This role involves travelling to sites across the North West region, so a full driving license is essential.
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include a highly competitive salary, quarterly bonus, monthly retainer, sales commission, competitive annual leave allowance, and purchase scheme.
