Salary: £33,500 - £38,000 per annum

Working Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week with an early finish on Fridays

Remote Work Option: Two days a week working from home

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Regional Development Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in regional development, either from a Local Planning Authority (LPA) or private sector background.

  1. Identify and secure strategic land opportunities for development across the North West, North East, and Cumbria regions.
  2. Collaborate with external parties, including local authorities and landowners, to progress planning applications.
  3. Maintain accurate records and ensure projects adhere to planning regulations and timelines.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in regional development, either from an LPA or private sector background.
  • A degree in Planning or a related Built Environment field is desirable.
  • A full driving license and willingness to travel for site visits and meetings.
