About the RoleThis role involves overseeing cost control, risk management, and contract administration, ensuring seamless project delivery. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Cost control: Manage budgets, identify areas for cost reduction, and optimize resources to meet project deadlines.
- Risk management: Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and implement effective risk management plans.
- Contract administration: Coordinate contracts, agreements, and other documents, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Meeting project deadlines: Deliver projects on time, ensuring timely completion and minimal delays.
- Budget management: Effectively manage budgets, minimizing overspending and optimizing resource allocation.
- Client relationships: Maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
We offer a competitive salary range of £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including opportunities for professional growth and development.
