Senior Construction Manager for Design and Build Projects

Salary: £130,000 - £160,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
Job Description:
We seek an accomplished Senior Quantity Surveyor with a proven track record in managing complex design and build projects from inception to completion. You will oversee subcontract packages, maintain value and profit, and drive business growth through strategic partnerships and collaborations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Candidates should possess extensive experience in delivering large-scale design and build projects, using JCT or NEC forms of contract, with a degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.
