Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated annual salary for this position is between £78,000 and £120,000 depending on experience. In addition, you'll receive a competitive hourly rate of £38-£60 per hour and various benefits.

Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for creating equipment designs, evaluating them against standards, leading a team of design engineers, producing design justification reports, and managing designs within project constraints.

  • Develop and evaluate design concepts, layouts, and documentation.
  • Ensure designs meet quality, safety, and efficiency standards.
  • Lead a small team of design engineers or work independently as needed.
  • Manage project schedules and budgets while ensuring design quality.
