Job Title: Commercial Quantity Surveyor

FI Real Estate Management Ltd is seeking a skilled Commercial Quantity Surveyor to join their team in a full time, permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have strong construction experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of detailed cost plans in line with brief.
  • Liaise with clients and internal teams to ensure compliance with company procedures.
  • Attend client and internal briefing meetings to discuss project progress and cost implications.
  • Price and agree all contract variations in a timely manner, maximising entitlement.
  • Work closely with suppliers and subcontractors to achieve best price.
  • Compile detailed cost reports and present to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Construction experience with a focus on quantity surveying.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
