Senior Quantity Surveyor

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for identifying, analysing and developing responses to commercial risks. You will undertake costs analysis, provide advice on contractual claims and assist in establishing a client's requirements and undertaking feasibility studies. Additionally, you will perform risk and value management and cost control, advise on procurement strategy and prepare and analyse costing for tenders.
About the Role:
Our client is a medium-sized civil engineering and groundworks contractor based in the North Lancashire area. This is a split office and site-based role, requiring a strong civil engineering background and experience working in a fast-paced environment. You will have previously compiled and administered NEC subcontract contracts and have a salary range of £45,000 - £65,000 depending on level and experience.
