Job Description:
The successful candidate will have previous experience working on new build social housing projects, with a strong understanding of design and build processes. You will be responsible for pricing works on selected projects, managing subcontracts, and ensuring the best possible value and profit are maintained throughout project delivery. As an experienced commercial professional, you will have the ability to work unaided, managing your own workload and projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you must have full experience in delivering JCT or NEC forms of contract and be qualified to MSc or BA Hons in Quantity Surveying or equivalent experience. You will also be proactive and able to work to your own initiative, with a strong focus on delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
