About the Role
">We are seeking an experienced and skilled Psychological Service Development Specialist to join our team at Hertfordshire Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust.
Job Summary
">This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires the successful candidate to contribute to the development of innovative psychological services, improving patient outcomes and reducing inequalities in care.
Main Responsibilities
">The post holder will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating new psychological services, working collaboratively with stakeholders to identify gaps in care and develop solutions. They will also be responsible for conducting service quality monitoring, developing project plans, and managing budgets.
Requirements
">To be considered for this role, candidates must hold a relevant professional qualification (e.g., HCPC Practitioner Psychologist Clinical) and a doctoral level qualification or equivalent. Experience of working in Mental Health Liaison Services is desirable but not essential. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to design and implement complex service development projects. They must also be able to demonstrate high levels of expertise in clinical psychology, with a strong understanding of service development principles and practices.

What We Offer
">Hertfordshire Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust offers a competitive salary package, with a starting salary of £90,000 - £120,000 per annum.
