About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic individual to provide holistic support to clients experiencing mental ill health or needing support with their mental wellbeing. This role is part of a pioneering project working with housing teams and Drug and Alcohol Services across District and Borough councils.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Multi-Disciplinary Team to ensure that clients receive a comprehensive range of services, including advice, information, onward referral, and holistic support.

Main Responsibilities
  • To contribute to an improvement in individual mental wellbeing.
  • To reduce the use of police, ASB, tenancy enforcement, housing needs, and environmental health services by clients whose primary need is related to mental ill health.
What We Offer

This fulfilling role comes with an estimated salary of £24,500 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, this role includes:

  • Annual leave entitlement of 25 days per year pro rata, rising in increments to a max. of 29 days after 5 years employment (plus 8 days Bank Holidays)
  • A yearly staff retention bonus of up to £2,106.
  • Ongoing training relevant to your role.
  • An Employee Assistance Programme.
  • Health cover (after 6 months employment) - compensation payment for Optical, Dental, Chiropody and Therapy Treatments.
