Supporting Students with SEN

We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in their learning journey.
This role offers the opportunity to make a positive impact on students' lives and help them reach their full potential, working closely with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement personalized education plans.
Key Responsibilities:- To provide high-quality support to students with SEN, enhancing their learning experience and promoting inclusion.
- To maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate effectively with parents and carers.
The salary for this position is approximately £25,000 per annum, based on a 40-week contract.
About the Role:
This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires a passion for supporting students with SEN. The successful candidate will be a team player who is able to build strong relationships with students, teachers, and parents.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 year's experience working with children with SEN.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
