About the Opportunity:

  • Support Students: Collaborate with students with special educational needs to provide individualized support and promote academic success.
  • Assistive Technology: Utilize assistive technology and resources to adapt lessons and create an inclusive curriculum.
  • Behavior Management: Work closely with classroom teachers to implement strategies for behavior management and create a supportive classroom environment.
  • Progress Monitoring: Monitor and record students' progress, communicating effectively with parents and caregivers.
  • Personal Care: Provide personal care and assistance to students with physical disabilities or medical needs.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience in Special Education, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Previous experience working with students with SEN is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patient, empathetic, and committed to student well-being.

Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
