As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting students to achieve their academic and personal goals.

Your responsibilities will include working closely with classroom teachers to develop and implement individualized learning plans, utilizing assistive technology and resources to enhance the learning experience, and promoting inclusivity and accessibility in the classroom. You will also be responsible for implementing effective behavior management strategies, creating a supportive classroom environment, and monitoring and recording student progress. To be successful in this role, you will require strong communication and interpersonal skills, patience, empathy, and a genuine commitment to supporting students with special needs. The estimated salary for this role is £30,000 - £38,000 per annum.
