We are seeking a dedicated and supportive SEN Teaching Assistant to join our dynamic school environment in Kingston Upon Thames. As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work within an inclusive setting where children can explore and develop through learning opportunities.
About this Role:
You will work closely with students on a 1:1 basis, providing tailored support across various tasks and sensory activities to help integrate them into the classroom. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting students with Special Educational Needs and wants to make a positive impact in their lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering individualized support to students with Special Educational Needs
- Working collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to create a tailored support plan for each student
- Providing emotional and social support to students to promote their well-being and confidence
