Support Worker Opportunity

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Support Worker for young people in a residential setting.

The successful candidate will work 37 hours per week, delivering exceptional care and support to young people.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality care and support to young people, promoting their overall well-being.
  • Work flexible shifts, including sleep-ins and late shifts, to ensure the smooth running of the service.
Requirements:
  • A Level 3 qualification in Safeguarding is essential.
  • Experience in Residential Child Care or Mental Health is desirable.
