About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Support Worker to join our team in Shropshire. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to children and young people in our residential setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized support and care to children and young people, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, young people, and their families, ensuring their needs are met and their rights are respected.
- Contribute to a safe and supportive environment, promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and understanding.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge, ensuring you are equipped to provide the best possible care.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve the best possible outcomes for children and young people, promoting a culture of teamwork and mutual respect.
